Beautiful Morning!

I took a photo of the sunrise over Mt Hood this morning, and then decided to do a quick color sketch of the scene. I used a permanent ink pen, then filled it in with watercolor pencils which were "activated" with a little water on a brush. Remember those "paint with water" books? Just like that.

I was so happy to be out walking this morning and witness this wonderful sunrise. I'm wishing you all a delightful day!
