And then we went to the beach

Saturday seemed promising, weather wise, so we ran off to spend the day at the beach! Becky, Mike and some good friends of theirs met us there and we enjoyed an afternoon of sand, sunshine, and the ever-constant cold ocean water! (Which the girls really didn't seem to mind, but some of us grownups adjusted to with gritted teeth!) We came home with good memories, sand between the toes (and many other places) and some bright sunburns. It was worth it. :)
