Yes, it was cold! We learned that air mattresses are full of air that also gets cold, so from here on out we will add extra insulation on top of our mattress before adding the rest of the bedding!
Note to self: Do NOT eat lots of melon fruits at dinner when camping out, unless you want to get up at least three times to go out in the dark to the privvy...in the cold!
Didn't see any skunks at night. The moon was pretty, however. :)
