Anyone have a favorite green tomato recipe? I made Green Tomato Salsa today, which tasted pretty good over brown rice with beans and corn, and we might give Fried Green Tomatoes a try. I'm mostly interested in trying a chili with green tomatoes. There's even a sweet bread recipe that uses green tomatoes in place of zucchini...but I don't know if I want to go there or not. What would you suggest?

If you try Fried Green tomatoes, let me know how they taste. Debbie has a few from the garden we left behind.
