Oh, Dear me! The tree went up almost two weeks ago, a twinkly wreath was hung outside above the front door, and I've been sewing, sewing on cute little projects ever since. TODAY, I dug through my boxes and brought out all the nativity displays. And I realized that I've been going about Christmas backwards! What's it all about if not for the Christ child? My collection of nativities should have been the FIRST decorations that were brought forth to enjoy. I'm not too old to learn from my mistakes. Next year starts a new tradition: the Baby comes first, and then the rest of the stuff. Remind me if I forget, okay?
