The internet here tonight is amazingly slow and does not want to deal with photos,(even though I have lots to share), so I will try to be content just listing the places we went today:
Nags Head Woods Conservancy...nice hiking trails!
Roanoke Island...first settlement...disturbing history
Coquina Beach...lovin' the sunshine, even though it's breezy
Bodie Island Lighthouse...amazing how many shipwrecks have occured off these shores!
I'll try to load up pictures in the morning.
