Today it Snowed Again

Three different times it snowed: before dawn, and then twice before noon, each time putting a nice lacy covering on the grass and barkdust. And each time it melted before the next sprinkling came along. February is almost over, and I'm hoping that we will also be saying goodbye to winter as well. There are signs of spring outside...the buds are beginning to swell on trees and plants, and I have sprouts coming up in some of my milk jug green houses. I'm especially excited to see the tiny new growth on this little rose plant that I propogated by pushing a branch tip into the ground at 1113. The daffodils are growing madly and almost ready to burst open. I am so eager to find out what other surprises may be laying dormant around this new home!!
