Getting ready for Summer!

Our new tent arrived this week and tonight we set it up in the living room to see how it looks. In this photo Ken looks like he is struggling, but he's just removing one of the cots we had set inside to check placement. No problem!

This is the first step in preparing for a 6 week camping/road trip we are planning this summer that will cover west coast to east coast and back again. Yep, that new tent will be our gypsy home for a month and a half while we explore the backroads and tourist stops along the way. We can hardly wait till summer....but until then, we will be preparing a loose itinerary, which will probably always be subject to change according to our daily whims while on the journey. Any suggestions?
