Here's the fuzzy little sweetheart who has been adopted into Kevin's family this weekend. Meeting her almost makes me want to have another dog, but.................not really.

When the kids were growing up we owned two successive dogs, both of whom were very dear to the family. After our last dog, Perrin, died, we moved into a new house and decided we were done with pet hair for a while. Probably a LONG while, since our Empty Nester lifestyle would not be a good fit for an animal that enjoys companionship. So, if it's okay, I'll just enjoy everyone else's pets when I visit their homes. They really are wonderful!
